10UP is a free browser-based game. We take your privacy seriously and have designed the game to collect as little data as possible.

Data We Collect

We do not collect any personally identifiable information. We do not require account creation, email addresses, or any personal details to play.

Local Storage

Game state (your current roster and mode) is stored temporarily in your browser's memory for the duration of your session only. Nothing is persisted to a server.

Analytics

We may use anonymous, aggregated analytics to understand how the game is being played. This data cannot be used to identify individual users.

Third Party Services

We use Google Fonts to load typefaces. Google may collect limited technical data in accordance with their own privacy policy. We have no control over this data.

Sharing

When you use the Share on X feature, you are directed to Twitter's platform. Any data shared there is subject to Twitter's privacy policy.

Children

10UP is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the game after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
